How many days in advance can I make a reservation?

Reservations are accepted for corporate members from six months prior to the date of stay, and for general guests from five months prior to the date of stay.

*Peak days (Golden Week, summer vacation, New Year's holidays) are considered "special periods" and reservations for corporate members will be handled differently. Please contact the hotel for details.

Is there a shuttle service?

We provide free shuttle buses between Echigo-Yuzawa Station and Belnatio, and between Tokamachi Station and Belnatio.
If you wish to ride, please apply by 5:00 PM the day before.

Is there parking available?

Parking is free (first 200 cars).
No advance reservations are required.

We are very sorry, but there are no electric vehicle charging points on the hotel premises.

Can I extend my check-out time?

Extensions are possible with prior inquiry and an additional fee.

Is there a curfew?

There is no curfew, but for security reasons the main entrance to the annex is locked from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
If you plan to arrive late at night, please contact us in advance.

Can I stay with my pet?

There is a cottage building where you can stay with your dog.
Please choose from "3 room types" x "In-room dining plan" or "Restaurant plan".

  • *Dog fee: 3,300 yen (tax included) per dog
  • *A maximum of three pets can be accommodated per room.
  • *Please submit the " Agreement Form for Staying with Pets " in advance or on the day of your stay.
  • *Please shampoo your dog before leaving on your trip or before using the facility.
  • *Please bring your dog's food.
  • *There are areas on the premises and in the guest rooms where dogs are not allowed.
    (Inside the main hotel building, annex, Forum Center, Popola, etc., and the second floor and bedrooms of cottages)

You can enjoy a Japanese, Western and Chinese menu including a dashi shabu-shabu set meal made with Tsumari pork, known as the miracle pork, as well as Tokamachi's specialty hegi soba, Chinese noodles and pasta.

There is a restaurant called "Sobadokoro Atema" in the Forum Center on the premises.
